Puerto Los Cabos, located just east of the downtown area of San Jose del Cabo in Baja California Sur is truly a grand housing development. In fact it is much more than just another San Jose del Cabo property development. Puerto Los Cabos boasts two championship golf courses, a full size marina, shopping, restaurants, four major hotels (one of which will be a Four Seasons) and a public and a private beach club.

Puerto Los Cabos is the largest development of its kind in all of Mexico encompassing 7000 acres and 750 million dollars when completed, in infrastructure, golf courses and marina. The roads and drainage systems alone are a 70 million investment with the roads made of a new compressed concrete for extra long durability.

The Puerto Los Cabos development encompasses their new full service marina which will have slips for 30’ to 150’ boats, a Port Captain and Immigration offices, Fuel dock, Dry stack storage, ferry terminal (for their own high speed catamaran ferry to Cabo and back), marine supply, sport fishing tackle shops, restaurants, retail shops an island with an amphitheater, a seafood marketplace all surrounded by a boardwalk and a Trolley service to help you get around the Marina.

The Puerto Los Cabos Golf courses will be two 18 hole championship courses. A public course by Jack Nicholas and a private course created by Greg Norman with beautiful mountain and ocean views and fairways that wind all through the development and along the beach.
